  • Private Office Memberships: Month-to-month leases with a 60-day notice required to vacate.
  • Dedicated Desks: Month-to-month leases with a 30-day notice required for cancellation.

Our flexible terms mean you can enjoy the benefits of your workspace without the worry of long-term commitments. It’s easy to move in and just as easy to move out, giving you peace of mind and control over your lease.

Our standard termination notice is 60 days for Private Office Memberships and 30 days for Dedicated Desks. For more flexibility, we offer fully furnished Day Offices available for rent by the day. Please contact our building managers for more details and to discuss any specific needs you might have.

Our members have 24/7 access to our locations to accommodate varying schedules.

  • Main Entries: Open to members, guests, and the public during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm (Hours subject to change based on holidays and events).
  • After-Hours Access: Exclusive for members who can conveniently use our PlanoHaven mobile app to access the building.

Our building offers comfortable seating areas near the entrance and on each floor for guests and visitors. Our building manager and up-to-date building directory are available to assist visitors in locating you. This ensures a welcoming and professional experience for all your guests.

Yes, PlanoHaven members can host group meetings using either their monthly conference room credits or by taking advantage of exclusive discounted membership rates on premium Conference Rooms. We offer a variety of conference room sizes to suit your needs and accommodate meetings of different sizes. 

Absolutely! Each suite offers the option for you to personalize your front door with your brand signage. Additionally, Office Members are listed in our building directory near the front entry, and each suite is assigned a unique number and physical mailbox for your convenience.

High-speed internet is provided at all our locations, accessible via in-suite Ethernet ports and numerous Wi-Fi hubs throughout the building. Typically, members enjoy download speeds of up to 50 Mbps on wired connections and 20 Mbps on Wi-Fi. This robust connectivity supports seamless communication, including calls, texts, typing, and video conferencing.

Our buildings are equipped with two separate internet feeds: one is always fiber, and the other comes from a separate source such as cable or DSL. This dual-feed configuration ensures 100% uptime in our building. Such redundancy is challenging and costly to replicate in home or small office environments, but we consider it an essential service for our members' uninterrupted connectivity.

Yes, we offer Static IP addresses and Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) options. There is a setup fee along with a small monthly fee associated with these services. Please contact us for more details on how we can accommodate your specific needs. 

Our property offers a copier/printer/scanner available at no charge. However, many members find the convenience of having a desktop multifunction printer in their office more preferable, especially considering their affordability.

We employ dual commercial-grade firewalls to safeguard our network from internet threats. For members requiring enhanced security levels, such as HIPAA compliance or processing commercial credit card payments (PCI compliance), we recommend they install their firewall connected directly to our network. We can provide a static IP for this firewall and set up a virtual LAN to segregate traffic for additional security measures. Please contact us to discuss your specific security needs in detail.

  • Office Membership: Enjoy the privacy of a move-in-ready, lockable office space. Our term-free membership requires only a 60-day cancellation notice. Membership includes high-speed internet, mail services, access to common areas and kitchen amenities, along with 20 conference room credits per month.
  • Dedicated Desks: Ideal for those seeking a dedicated workspace in a collaborative environment. Our dedicated desks provide a personalized workstation with flexible membership options and access to premium amenities, fostering both focus and community.
  • Day Office: Perfect for occasional workspace needs or trying out our facilities. This pay-as-you-go option includes a fully furnished private office suite with internet access for the workday.

Setting up a tour is easy and we look forward to showing you around! You can schedule a tour online or call our friendly Property Manager to make an appointment.

  • Traditional office leases often lock tenants into long-term agreements (such as three to five years) with limited flexibility for termination and space adjustments. Tenants may also bear the costs of construction and build-out.
  • In contrast, our Office Memberships offer a flexible, no-term lease with a 60-day cancellation option. Membership benefits include dual-fed internet, mail services, access to common areas and kitchen amenities, conference room credits, 24-hour HVAC, and on-site building management during weekday business hours.
